I would like to thank Island Breeze for working with me during my entire experience. While ordering, the gentleman offering customer service was not only patient but provided great suggestions along with feedback to help me make up my mind. I would also like to thank the company as on the morning of delivery my 10 year old daughter passed away unexpectedly and the delivery guy was turned away by the emergency crews. The company was not obligated to... but was understanding and politely gave me a partial refund. I did not get a chance to enjoy the products but would not hesitate for the future. My family has rented double Rita machines from Island Breeze for the past 2 years for our street's annual Memorial Day Block Party. They are reasonably priced, and the mixes are very tasty! I would recommend IB to anyone for their event! We are renting again this year! 5 stars!

I tried out island breeze for the 1st time on fourth of July because another company had their machines booked up.They had plenty.Came on time and very professional.Picked it up the next morning on time.And their cheaper than the other local companies.Very satisfied.I will be calling them again.

My name is Krystal, I have had the pleasure of renting from Island Breeze twice now & I absolutely recommend them out to everyone. The first time I used them they were promptly in reaching back out to me which is awesome, some companies take up to 2 days to return a call, but not Island Breeze! They were nice enough to deliver the machine to us and it worked great for our pilot we shot for HGTV! The second time I used Island Breeze I used them for a bachelorette party!! My aunt was so happy with the machine and the fact that they drove to Richmond, Tx to deliver it. I always got a call back promptly, transaction always went smoothly and I will definitely use these guys again and Recommend Island Breeze Rentals to anyone!
