Rent this spacious 40' x 40' (1600 sq ft) Party Frame Tent for $1045.00. Rental includes set up 1-2 day prior to event and breakdown 1-2 days after the event. This tent can accommodate 250 standing/seated guests (cathedral seating), up to twenty-four 6 ft. rectangular tables, twenty 8 ft. rectangular tables, or twenty 5 ft. round tables. Tent has a 18' center height and 7' side height. This tent is manufactured with 2" heavy duty poles and 16 oz. vinyl block out top.

Need protection from the rain or a cold breeze? Rent our 7' height x 20' wide SOLID tent walls for $20.00 each. Fully enclosed tent will require 8 side walls. Combine solid walls and window walls for an elegant look. Our walls are 16 oz. vinyl and not cheap paper thin walls that flap in the wind like some of our competitors.

If placing tent on concrete or you do not want to risk any damage to underground pipes, we have water barrels available (additional charge) to tie it down. Each tent will require 12 - 16 water barrels for installation.
