Rent an 18' x 20' (360 sq ft) Party Tent/Canopy for $150.00. Rental is for 3-4 days which allows customer time for setup and breakdown (Customer assembles and breaks down canopy). Requires at least 2 people and up to 1.5 hours for installation. Instructions are included. We can setup and breakdown for an additional fee.
Canopy can accommodate 60 standing/seated guests (cathedral seating), up to eight 6 ft. rectangular tables or six 5 ft. round tables. This canopy fits great over a 2 car driveway. Canopy has a 11' 7" center height and 6' 8" side height. Canopy manufactured with 2" heavy duty poles and opaque top.
Do you need lighting? Check out our lighting options for this tent on page 2 of the tents & canopies page. We recommend (2) strands of the 25 globe white bistro lights or (1) 8 clear globe light strand.
We also rent heating and cooling equipment.
If placing canopy on concrete or you just want to make securing the canopy easier, we have 80 lb weights available to hold it down. Will require 6 weights for concrete installation.
Need protection from the rain or a cold breeze? Use 2, 3, or all 4 sides. Rent the enclosure kit for the 18' x 20' canopy for $60.00. Includes 4 sides and has windows. Will require 8 weights for concrete installation.
